Life feels like it's become a never ending to do list, even if you actually want to do most of the things on it! You're ready to re-prioritise fun, play and creativity, to get the distance and perspective you need to come up with fresh ideas for your business.
Even reading for 20 minutes, going for a short walk by yourself, or just being home alone feels like a struggle and leaves you feeling guilty rather than relaxed. You want to go for massages, pedicures, hair cuts, and hire a cleaner, without the guilt.
You love your business, and you want to see it grow - you want to bring in more income and make more impact. Having those fresh ideas and the energy to implement them means that you can do that, in a sustainable way so you don't burn out.
Reflect on your life as it is and how you got here - the good, the bad and the ugly. What responsibilities, hobbies, relationships, beliefs or physical items do you need to let go of to create the space you need to welcome in more of what you want?
Daydream about your IDEAL future. If you had all the time and money you wanted, what would your life look and feel like? When you're asked to do something or have an idea, it's as simple as asking if it will take you closer to that dream, or slow you down.
You've created the space and got clear on your vision. Now you get to make it happen! This is all about getting out of your comfort zone and bringing that dream into reality. Living the life you've been dreaming of, doing work you love.
Yvonne was passionate and dedicated to supporting her clients. If anything, she cared TOO much, and was taking on too much for her clients, leaving her unable to switch off and relax. Through this programme, she set healthy boundaries and improved her mental health and felt happier, calmer and lighter.
"It's weird - I'm doing less, so I feel more calm and less stressed, and my clients are actually achieving more!"
Wennie was holding herself back trying to be formal and professional - imposter syndrome was kicking in hard! Through this programme she understood being her authentic self got her the results she'd been hoping for all along.
"Thank you so much! I loved your approach and the way you bring personal values and emotions into business so I can be true to myself. I feel like things are really moving forward now!"
Steve was feeling overwhelmed and bored with his work and had started applying for jobs. Through this programme, he reduced his hours to have more time for family, friends and hobbies - and his income actually increased because he was enjoying his work more.
"Just wanted to let you know I've had my best cash month ever and I'm only working three days! Can't believe I almost gave this up! Thank you for getting me back on track."
